Regarding to this, experts recommend taking vitamin B because it is important for brain and helps with depression, and vitamin C which is essential in the fight against stress. It is necessary to avoid alcohol, cigarettes, too much salt, taking steroids and other pollutant that interfere with the balance of vitamins in the body.
Training, doing chores at work and at home, avoiding people with negative energy and conflict colleagues, relatives or members of the wider family will help liberationof stress, psychologists advise. They believe that dream is very important, because lack of sleep causes bile and depression.
Also, it is important that stress situation is seen as an opportunity, which provides that a person develops and changes, which means that people should put themselves real goals at work and at home. Laugh, help from friends, relatives and colleagues, developing solid connection with family and friends, avoiding achieving perfection are important factors for overcoming stress, which is not normal and therefore should reduce the daily tension and concerns.
