A relative advised me such a diet. Her weight loss was 11 kg when she used it. I am going to try it since tomorrow. Who with me?
Day 1
1litre kefir
1 spoonful of sunflower oil
(if you want a couple of cups of herbal tea)
Day 2
4 medium oranges
1 spoonful of sunflower oil

Day 3
2 pack of low-fat cottage cheese (250 g)
1 spoonful of sunflower oil
(if you want a couple of cups of herbal tea)
Day 4
1 half litre jar of squash caviar
herbal tea
Day 5
one bar of milk chocolate 100 g
Tea
Day 6
1 kg of apples
1 spoonful of sunflower oil
(if you want a couple of cups of herbal tea)
Day 7
300 grams of cheese
Tea
Day 8
1 liter of tomato juice
1 spoonful of sunflower oil
(if you want a couple of cups of herbal tea)
Day 9
400 grams of boiled beef
1 spoonful of sunflower oil
(if you want a couple of cups of herbal tea)
Day 10
salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, and parsley, dill, celery and sunflower oil, salt

2 pack of low-fat cottage cheese (250 g)

1 kg of fresh plums
1 spoonful of sunflower oil

p / s: eating after 6 p.m. is strictly forbidden, maximum cup of herbal tea
Diet for 30 days
The first 10 days!
Breakfast: in these 10 days are always the same! 2 ripe bananas and 1 cup of bio-kefir.
Lunch: Light vegetable soup, 100gramm boiled meat or fish, salad vegetables.
Lunch: grain bread, not sweet juice (sold in supermarkets in the department for diabetics), one of any fruit (100gramm) or dried fruit (20gramm)
Dinner: at least 4 hours before bed time. Any porridge on the water without salt, sugar and fat. Add tablespoon of jam or 1 slice of cheese.
Second 10 days!
Breakfast: make a change day after day. Salad of 3 species fruits mixed with kefir. Or easy omelet fried with vegetables.
Lunch: vegetable soup, vegetable salad, corn bread, cheese 50gramm, 100 gramm boiled meat or fish.
Lunch: 50gramm any nuts, one of any fruit (100gramm) or 1 carrot.
Dinner: stewed on the water or cooked in a double boiler, vegetables without salt and oil.
Third 10 days!
Breakfast: 2 prunes, 3 dried apricots, 10 raisins (the night before soaked in water) with 0.5 tsp of honey. Oat flakes (brewed in the evening) with 2 walnuts.
Lunch: a big portion of vegetable salad, 200gramm boiled fish or chicken breast, corn bread.
Lunch: make a change day after day.1 banana, bio-kefir or sandwich and a glass of grain bread with boiled meat and garlic. Or 2 grain bread with jam.
Dinner: alternate day after day .Any porridge on the water (without sugar and fat) with dried fruit (dried fruit 100gramm) or cooked in water or steamed vegetables without salt and butter with a thin slice of cheese.

What Should A Super Antioxidant Do For My Body Anyway?
