id="more-251"></span></p><p>The patient can remove all of these causes, but the loss of several pounds is of crucial importance. It is possible that the person who snores should have his/hers tonsils removed or that the operation of deviated nasal septum is needed.</p><p>Snoring is not usually a <strong>health problem</strong>. However, some people suffer from serious condition called <strong>obstructive Apnea</strong>.  People with <strong>OSA</strong> experience recurrent episodes during <strong>sleep</strong> when their <strong>throat</strong> closes and they cannot suck air into their <strong>lungs</strong> (apnea).</p><p>This leads to dangerously low <strong>blood oxygen</strong> <strong>saturation</strong> levels. In time apnea can cause <strong>high blood pressure</strong>, <strong>Pulmonary Hypertension</strong> (increase in blood pressure in the <strong>pulmonary artery</strong>, <strong>pulmonary vein</strong>, or <strong>pulmonary capillaries</strong>, together known as the lung vasculature), <strong>uneven pulse</strong>, <strong>depression</strong>, <strong>fatigue</strong> and lowering of <strong>intellectual abilities</strong>.</p><div

Humanitarian organization &#8220;<strong>Alcohol concern</strong>&#8221; pointed out that these foundlings are alarming, considering that drinking is an increasing problems in <strong>female population</strong> in Britain. <span
id="more-228"></span><strong>CT</strong> brain scans have been performed on  158 volunteers, including 76 men and women  who suffer from <strong>alcoholism</strong> and 82 <strong>healthy people</strong>. Project leader Professor Karl F. Man MD from the Department of Addictive Behavior &#038; Addiction Medicine of the Heidelberg University, pointed out that his team managed to establish that the alcohol addiction is developing  much faster in woman than in men, which means faster progression of events that lead to addiction and early manifestation of harmful consequences.</p><p>Research results have shown that the brain damage occurs faster in women than in men. &#8220;We found greater brain <strong>atrophy</strong> in alcoholics than in healthy people,&#8221; said Professor Man. &#8220;Also, it is determined that brain mass reduction is the same in men and woman, but with women it takes significantly less time for it to happen.&#8221;</p><p>These results confirmed previous findings about the harmful effect of alcohol, such as <strong>mental disorders</strong>, <strong>heart damage</strong>, <strong>liver disease</strong> and <strong>diseases of Muscular</strong> and <strong>Skeletal Systems</strong>. It is known that all of these harmful consequences appear earlier in women than in men, even when they are in much lesser degree of exposure to alcohol, pointed out Professor Man.</p><div

Family causes stress in 29 percent of women and 9 percent of men.</p><p>However, other life situations and problems cause stress, and call them stress indicators, which can be important life events like the <strong>death</strong> of a member of the family, divorce, <strong>illness</strong>, <strong>pregnancy</strong>, buying an apartment or house, completion of education, go to the Faculty, job changes etc.<br

Stress can be caused by the so-called mental traps, such as <strong>negative thinking, unrealistic expectations</strong> and too much <strong>self-criticism</strong>.</p><p>Sensitivity on stress is different, and tolerance to stress changes depending on the person, situation, the current living conditions. Psychologists suggest that people who are aggressive and emotionally unstable by <strong>nature</strong> have a predisposition to feel more stress than others, and genes play an important role, because some people inherit a larger amount of serotonin hormones that fight stress and they easier handle  stress situation.</p><p>Considering that stress is one of the most common causes of various diseases, it is very important to learn how to cut and how to cope with it, where the first thing should be determination of  the causes of stress and then finding a way to solve it without consequences for health.</p><p>Regarding to this, experts recommend taking <strong>vitamin B</strong> because it is important for brain and helps with depression, and <strong>vitamin C</strong> which is essential in the fight against stress. It is necessary to avoid <strong>alcohol, cigarettes</strong>, too much <strong>salt</strong>, taking <strong>steroids</strong> and other pollutant that interfere with the balance of vitamins in the body.</p><p><strong> Training</strong>, doing chores at work and at home, avoiding people with negative energy and conflict colleagues, relatives or members of the wider family will help liberationof stress, psychologists advise. They believe that dream is very important, because lack of <strong>sleep</strong> causes <strong>bile</strong> and <strong>depression</strong>.</p><p>Also, it is important that stress situation is seen as an opportunity, which provides that a person develops and changes, which means that people should put themselves  real goals at work and at home. Laugh, help from friends, relatives and colleagues, developing solid connection with family and friends, avoiding achieving perfection are important factors for overcoming stress, which is not normal and therefore should reduce the daily tension and concerns.</p><div
